How long will my order take when I select PICK UP at checkout? 

Pick ups are usually ready within 2 hours on business days. We are open for pick ups Monday-Friday from 11am-4pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Please text/call 858-416-0925 to schedule your pick up

How long will my order take to arrive when I select SHIPPING at checkout? 

All orders for stock items are processed in 1 business day. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout: 

For domestic orders: 

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day 

For international orders, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. 
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes—we ship worldwide. 
Our full collection is available for international delivery. 

Is there a minimum order quantity? 

No minimum order quantity for stock items, ever. 
Whether you’re ordering a single piece or restocking your studio, you’re free to order exactly what you need, no commitment, no pressure. 

Can I order without a professional license? 

Dalia Piercing is a wholesale-only brand. 
We proudly supply jewelry exclusively to licensed professional piercers and studios. 

Do you offer custom designs? 

Yes. Bringing your vision to life is part of what we love.

RETURN POLICY 

We stand behind the quality of our body jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you received your item.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unworn, and unused. 

To initiate a return, please email: info@daliapiercing.com and provide the following information: 

-Order Number 

-Item SKU number  

-Quantity 

-Reason for requesting a return 

-Photos  

A Dalia Piercing representative will respond to your claim within 48 business hours.  Approved returns that are non-defective will be issued store credit only (minus shipping and 10% restocking fee), regardless of the original payment method.
